We produce complete digital organs and components for MIDI consoles. It is possible to design the organ construction in a modular way; in this case, the parts can be dismantled, the whole console can be easily taken to pieces and shifted without any problem. The instruments are made to order and there is no problem to meet the specific requirements for visual, material and technical solution.
The sampling technology is exclusively applied to the sound generation. This means that the sound samples of all pipes of a true organ are recorded (the samples are of several seconds duration) and then, with the help of a specialized software, replayed according to MIDI signals incoming from the organ console. The replay of the recorded sounds of individual pipes of true organ results in a high fidelity of the resulting sound. This is the main difference between our instrumennts and any common digital organ regardless of price. We supply various elements for the construction of MIDI organ consoles. At the present time, there is a favorable and available way of organist training under home conditions. The console is connected with the help of MIDI to PC. The sound is generated by means of a special programme (Hauptwerk, GrandOrgue etc). A high quality is assured at a reasonable price.
Compact electronic organ
We produce made-to-order types of compact digital organs. They are ideal for stable installations, eg churches, houses of prayer, concert halls, ceremonial rooms. In these cases, apart from quality sound, an easy operation as well as a high reliability under different climatic conditions are required. Owing to the reasons mentioned, the use of personal computer with Hauptwerk, GrandOrgue etc programmes is not suitable. We equippe the instruments with our Cecilia system meeting these requirements.
Our pedalboards are produced according to German BDO organ standard. The pedalboards are parallel concave with C – f1 tone range (30 tones). The consruction is designed to suppress maximally the disturbing effects during the play (impacts, knockings) and side slackness as well.
We supply regularly the pedal boards with the frame (made from spruce wood) and beech keys – the surface finish is carried out at customer´s desire. The switching of the tones is ensured by means of magnetic contacts with a long-term service life and reliability. Apart from the connection into the console, the pedal board can be used for training both separately in combination with some cheap electronic keyboards or in connection with our Cecilia organ module. The pedal board can be ordered either in the form of solid frame or as a completely dismountable variant (advantageous in the case of a long distance delivery).
For manual blocks, world-wide known FATAR keyboards of a high quality are used. The base version comprises five octave manuals with balanced plastic keys equipped with druckpunct simulation. Any number of manuals can be theoretically arranged in the block, a two manual block is typical. The manual block can be also equipped with free combination buttons. The block comprises the pedal board lighting with the aperture in the desk and the music stand. On demand, a classical wooden frame music stand, alternatively with lighting, can be supplied.
The design of the desk meets the requirements of the German BDO organ standard regarding the optimum ergonomy and easy physical access to organ. In the full equipment variant, the desk is provided with metallic foot pistons for the switching-over of free combinations and pedals for crescendo and expression. The pedal board is placed into the space under the footrest of the desk, manual set and registration boxes are fastened (attached) to the desk by locks. Organ parts are linked up by means of connectors hidden in the desk construction.
Register choises can be made as the separated boxes located at both sides of the manual set. We prefer a conservative arrangement with classical pull drawknobs for the registration. We furnish our own robust registration draw rods with magnetic arretation of the side positions. For switches, magnetic reed contacts or microswitches are used. On demand, in case of the use of free combinations, a diode indication can be added to the registration drawknobs. The labels are also carried out according to individual requirements.
